I have been going to Dr. Denison’s dental office for over 10 years. My two sons have been as well since they were old enough to go to a dentist. One important thing to note, since my time is valuable, is that they are great at scheduling. Over all the years I have gone there, 6 times a year minimum, I almost never have to wait more than a few minutes. All the dental hygienists and assistants and Dr. Denison are so friendly, patient, and kind with the children. They really know how to handle kids. For me, they have been the same and have highly qualified hygienists who are experienced on dealing with dental issues. Rachael, in particular, is someone who really did a great job for me and who is an expert at what she does. Kudos to Dr. Denison and his staff. Finally, the office and all the rooms are decorated nicely and are clean, comfortable, and pleasant.

First impressions are everything. This was my first visit to this office and the first thing I noticed when I walked in was how clean and nice everything looked. Sherri greeted me immediately with a great big smile, that made me feel a little at ease since I have a great big fear of dentists. I was very very nervous almost to the point of tears when they called me back. I explained my fear to all the staff that worked with me, Rachael, Karen,Tina and Dr. Denison,once they learned of my fear they did everything they could to put me at ease and it worked! I need a lot of work done but knowing they will be the ones performing it puts my nerves a little more at ease!! Thanks guys!!!

The entire staff was eager to help me, and were very personable. The environment was positive and upbeat. All dental issues were explained thoroughly. Plus, they even took the time to go over insurance coverages and financial options. Overall, the visit was excellent!

Your new assistant was very nice and very gentle cleaning my teeth. I told her I had recently bitten my lip and she was careful not to cause me any discomfort. I always recommend you to others who are looking for a dentist.

Seeking medical attention when in pain can be particularly stressful. Cordial and competent attention and knowing costs upfront eases a considerable amount of this stress. Your interior designer is an added plus. I’ve not visited many doctor’s offices as nicely decorated and inviting.

Friendly and knowledgable staff. Took the time to answer all of my questions. Wonderful job of cleaning my teeth. Explained proposed treatment plan and the need for the treatment proposed. Provided me with estimated cost for proposed treatment plan. Provided me with samples of dental products to take home and try out.

This was my 2 year old’s first visit to the dentist. The whole staff was friendly and very patient with him. After the visit he was very comfortable and excited about going to the dentist.

Never have I dreaded my appointment at Dr. Denison’s office. I am always seen at the time of my appointment and the staff is exceptionally courteous. I have recommended Dr. Denison’s office to many friends and will continue to do so!

The staff and doctor are always friendly and welcoming. I’ve been going to this office and doctor for 15 years and this vibe has never changed. Cheerful, welcoming, and friendly are 3 words to sum up Team Denison.

This has to be one of the most friendly offices that I have encountered in quite some time. Often times, offices get so caught up in the monotony of going from one patient to the next that patients are merely numbers. I was personally attended to and I was certainly treated as a customer and not just another number. My hygienist, Karen, was awesome.

I appreciate that I was worked in for this appointment. I showed up a week prior to my actual appt – no fault of your staff – my error. However, as opposed to turning me away (which would have resulted in lost time from work on another day), they worked me in graciously. There was no difference in treatment from this experience than if it had actually been my appointment. Many thanks!!!!

If you want a great dentist, Dr. Denison is for you. The children and I have been clients for about 7 years now and never have had anything less than top-notch service. All the office staff are friendly and helpful. I feel like this place is always welcoming and efficient. I recommend to anyone in the Yorktown/ Newport News area.

The staff I encountered was so friendly and nice, I felt like I had been coming for years and this was my first visit. I will recommend anyone to see Dr. Denison and his staff.
